Miranda, her husband, and 6 sons moved to Wichita in 2023 from NE Oklahoma. Miranda has been homeschooling her boys since 2016 and was excited to find a Christian homeschool sports organization in the Defenders. Her three oldest have played soccer with the Defenders for the past 2 seasons. Miranda graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health & Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. She has played sports all her life including basketball, softball, and soccer and still plays indoor soccer with her husband on the weekends. Miranda believes that sports offer more than just competition—they are an opportunity for personal growth and character development. With a love for sports, faith, and the science behind human performance, Miranda is excited to continue inspiring young athletes to be the best versions of themselves, both on and off the field.
