My family has been a part of the Defenders organization since 2012 and I started playing volleyball and basketball for the Defenders when I was 9. I started playing soccer the first year that we had the program and played a few years in middle school and high school. The Defenders has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember and I am blessed to get to continue with this organization as a coach. My favorite part about this organization is that it truly is more than just sports. I have made friendships that will last a lifetime and I could not have asked for a better Biblical community growing up. The Defenders have always felt like a family and they keep their purpose of developing young disciples and christ followers at the center of everything they do.
