My wife Amy and I have 10 children, and one granddaughter. I work as a firefighter for the Wichita Fire Department, and Amy homeschools the 8 kiddos still in our home. Of those 8, 7 are current Defenders athletes and we are in our third year as a part of the organization. We cherish the relationships we have made through the Defenders, and are honored to be called to help further their mission of building Christ-centered sports teams while also competing at high levels. I was a tri-sport athlete through high school but this is my first year stepping into the coaching world. I am very excited to see things from this side and get to know the program a little better. Thank you to all the board members and to Chris and David for this opportunity, and to all the parents who have so graciously entrusted their boys to us for this season.
