Wife of Shawn, mother of 9 children, grandmother to 7, has enjoyed volleyball all her life. Cheryl played volleyball at Sterling College. After college, she was assistant coach at Abilene High School. Since then she has coached junior high volleyball and the charter year of the Wichita Defenders was the assistant high school volleyball coach. She loved watching her older daughters play in high school and college and is excited to learn volleyball with kami, the baby of the family. Cheryl enjoys reading, writing, backpacking, boating, skiing and camping. Purpose in every minute is found loving and being loved by Jesus.
